What is RIDEEVEN?

RIDEEVEN is a rider-specific fitness program designed to help you move more evenly, ride with better balance, and support your horse more clearly.

Riders are naturally one-sided — just like horses. Over time, those imbalances show up in the saddle as uneven contact, collapsing through one side, difficulty sitting evenly, or a horse that struggles to move freely.

RIDEEVEN focuses on improving your strength, symmetry, and body awareness so you can ride more clearly and comfortably.

This isn’t about “getting fit for the sake of it” or following generic gym workouts.

Every exercise in RIDEEVEN is chosen for its relevance to riding — helping you sit straighter, stay stable, and reduce unnecessary strain on your horse.

Functional strength and symmetry for horse riders.

Three Key Areas That Matter Most

1

Strength & Stability

Developing core and posterior chain strength to improve stability in the saddle, support an independent seat, and reduce tension through the reins and legs.

2

Mobility & Range of Motion

Improving flexibility and strength through a larger range of motion helps riders move more freely, absorb movement better, and reduce stiffness that interferes with clear aids.

3

Balance & Symmetry

Using unilateral (single-side) exercises and clear form markers to identify and improve left–right imbalances — so you’re not always stronger, tighter, or more dominant on one side.

What’s Inside?

RIDEEVEN is designed to be simple, flexible, and realistic — no complicated routines or long gym sessions.

Exercise Library

A growing collection of rider-specific exercises with clear explanations, key cues, common mistakes, and easier-to-harder variations. Exercises target core stability, posterior chain strength, mobility, posture, and left–right imbalances.

Done-For-You Sessions

Short, guided workouts for riders who want structure without overthinking — including full-body strength sessions, pre-ride activation, post-ride mobility, and non-riding day workouts.

Built-In Progression

Every exercise can be scaled up or down, making Ride Even suitable for beginners, experienced riders, and those returning from time off or managing niggles.

All training is designed to fit around real riding schedules and real life.

Is this for you?

RIDEEVEN is for riders who want lasting results — stronger, balanced, and more connected with their horse.

It’s for you if you want:

  • To feel stable, flexible, and symmetrical in the saddle

  • To strengthen your weaker side without overworking the other

  • To support your horse with skill, not force

  • Rider-specific training tailored to your body — not generic workouts

  • Practical, achievable progress that fits real life

No gym membership? No fancy equipment? No problem.
All you need is the curiosity to understand how you move — and how it shapes your horse’s movement.
